Tod’s expands and enhances its Tod’s Passport offering to include the tailor-made My Gommino shoe collection, supported by Aura Blockchain Consortium and Temera

Tod’s, the renowned Italian luxury brand, is expanding its Digital Product Passport (DPP) offering to its iconic My Gommino shoes, in collaboration with Aura Blockchain Consortium and Temera. This initiative strengthens product authenticity, traceability, and customer engagement, setting a new benchmark for digital innovation in the luxury industry.

Tod’s Passport

Each pair of My Gommino shoes now features an embedded NFC chip in the right sole, and underlying traceability solution were provided by Temera, ecosystem partner of Aura. By scanning, the customer is able to access the DPP, allowing them to:

  • Seamlessly register their product
  • Claim official ownership of their shoes
  • Access a secure digital certificate of authenticity, stored on the Aura Private Blockchain

This ensures that every product remains genuine, transparent, and verifiable, reinforcing trust between the brand and its customers.

Luxury Storytelling Through the Digital Product Passport

Beyond authentication, Tod’s is enriching the customer journey by integrating exclusive storytelling elements into its DPP.
